What to do if there is a problem
Autovisions wants all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our service. This is why we insist on using quality parts, oftentimes the original manufactured parts, and following factory approved maintenance schedules and repair procedures. We do understand that sometimes things happen, either through human error or mechanical defects. When these things happen the first step is to contact Autovisions. We will do everything possible to remedy the situation. Our standard warranty is below, but we reserve the right to be flexible and extend it as necessary or find additional solutions to whatever the situation is.
STANDARD WARRANTY
Repairs are warrantied for 3 years or 36,000 miles from the date of the original repair, whichever comes first. The warranty is not transferrable and all vehicles must be returned to Autovisions for warranty repairs unless other arrangements are made. Some exclusions apply.
Failures caused by a non-covered part, lack of maintenance, or neglect will void the warranty. Example: A serpentine belt is replaced by Autovisions, 10 months later the alternator fails and causes the belt to break. The belt is not covered under warranty at that point.
Autovisions will repair under warranty any additional damage caused by a covered part. Example: A ball joint is replaced by Autovisions, 10 months later the ball joint fails and causes damage to the axle shaft and tie rod end. Autovisions will repair the ball joint, axle shaft, and tie rod end under warranty.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Tires and batteries are covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Maintenance items such as filters and fluids are not covered by the warranty.
